We have used paper from the Basic Grey Blush range. The larger flowers have been cut on the Cricut and then we have added some Prima flowers and gems as well. The dark green swirls have been punched with a Carl punch.

Today's Inspiration

A little book made from chipboard, patterned paper and foam core.

A birthday card.

The inside of the card. On the right hand side is a bookmark that we have cut with a perforating blade so it is still attached to the card.

A card that has cold laminate on the front. We have stamped the cold laminate and decorated with glitter.

Today's Inspiration

Well it is raining here in Brisbane - absolutely beautiful!

And fantastic weather for scrapbooking and cardmaking!

In the layout below I have used the clear Autumn Leaves stamps to stamp the swirls in the top and bottom corners. I have also decorated the chipboard letters with the stamps after I inked them. And the flowers on the page were stamped with the Autumn Leaves clear flower stamps. If you don't have a set of the swirl or flourishes stamps we have them on special at the moment - check them out on our website.

(Eliahn would kill me if she knew I had put this layout on the blog so don't mention it to her if you see her!!)

In the next layout I have stamped the clear Autumn Leaves journaling stamps (which we now have in stock) for some quick journaling in the bottom left corner. I have also journaled around the patterned paper.

Tip - consider printing your photos smaller to fit more on the page. Hopefully this will help you get through more photos.

Today's Inspiration

The tag, flowers and title in the layout below have been made with the Cricut. We have used paper from Sandylion that is available in store now.

We have used the new paper from Foofala - the Red, Black & Cream Collection in the next layout. We have also used the Jasmine Cricut cartridge to create the oval frame on the left hand side and the Ivy title.

In the layout below we have stamped swirls with one of the Autumn Leaves clear unmounted stamps and then used the stamped image as a template to hand stitch on.

The new Cuttlebug machine is due in store in a few weeks! In case you don't know, you can use the Cuttlebug dies in your Sizzix machine if you have one. This is great news because the Cuttlebug dies are much cheaper than the Sizzix dies and the embossing folders create some beautiful effects. On the back of the current Scrapbook Creations magazine Print Blocks has an ad with images of what the embossing folders can do - check it out!
